Brabo Pizza

If you're craving good pizza and an inviting atmosphere, Brabo Pizza should be on your list! If you haven't had the opportunity to try Brazilian pizza, Brabo will change your life. Nestled between South Salt Lake and Murray, We went for lunch and got the lunch special, which includes a salad and your choice of pasta or pizza. I got the Beet Salad, which was a refreshing start to the meal, featuring arugula, feta, beets, and a lovely vinaigrette. My companion and I both got individual pizzas, which we shared, and was more than plenty of food for the two of us. We got the Brabo pizza and Quatro Formaggi pizza. The Quatro Formaggi was delicious and cheesy in the best ways. But easily my favorite was the Brabo pizza. More than a pepperoni pizza, this pizza also had Brazilian cream cheese and red onions, and was so incredibly delicious—I'm salivating just thinking about it! I would never have thought my pepperoni and cheese pizza was missing cream cheese, but the moment I tried it, it just worked. The individual pizza's were 10", and we each walked away with leftovers. The pizza crust is thick, which I really enjoyed for this style of pizza. We ended the meal with the Passion Fruit Mousse, which was a nice palate cleanser, it was very light and refreshing. I look forward to going back and trying some of the Brazilian desserts they offer. The waitstaff was incredibly attentive and kind, and the atmosphere was very nice. I was celebrating my birthday, and our waiter made the meal a special experience. It looks very accommodating to large groups as well, with plenty of seating in the restaurant. If you are looking for an interesting and unique pizza spot, Brabo Pizza is the way to go.
