Terms for Businesses

1. The Program

ReView Me Right is a verified review platform. Businesses pay a one-time listing fee per listing to receive up to three (3) independent, verified reviews. This agreement governs your use of the platform as a business owner.

By submitting a listing and completing payment, you agree to these terms in full.

2. What You're Paying For

Your payment covers two components:

• Listing fee — our platform fee for distribution, moderation, and publication
• Experience fund — equal to your listing's retail value, this pre-pays for each reviewer's complimentary visit
• Up to three (3) verified reviewer experiences per listing
• Each review includes: a written review (300–500 words), at least one photo, a minimum 15-second video, and ratings across four dimensions

Neither fee guarantees a specific rating or review outcome. ReView Me Right maintains sole editorial control over all published content.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Brief your staff on the QR code process — when a customer presents a ReView Me Right QR code, staff should scan it and provide the listed experience at no charge
• Each approved reviewer receives their own unique QR code — up to 3 different reviewers may visit, each presenting a different code. Train your staff to scan any ReView Me Right QR code they are shown, not just one specific code
• Honor the listed experience exactly as described in your listing
• You must treat all ReView Me Right reviewers professionally — they receive the same experience as any other guest
• You may not attempt to influence, coach, or incentivize a reviewer to leave a positive review
• You may not retaliate against a reviewer for an honest negative review
• The information in your listing must be accurate, current, and not misleading

4. Review Timeline

Once a reviewer claims your listing, the following timeline applies:

• Reviewer presents QR code and completes the experience within 7 days of claiming
• Reviewer submits their completed review within 48 hours of their visit
• ReView Me Right moderates and approves the review
• Approved review is published to your profile
• If a reviewer misses their visit or submission deadline, their claim is forfeited and a replacement reviewer may be assigned at no additional cost to you.

From claim to live review in as little as 10 days.

5. Experience Fund

The experience fund is collected at listing creation and held by ReView Me Right. It covers the cost of each reviewer's complimentary visit. You owe nothing additional once your listing is live.

• The experience fund is non-refundable once a reviewer has claimed your listing
• If a reviewer fails to complete their obligations, their claim is forfeited and a replacement reviewer may be assigned
• Unused experience fund amounts (e.g., if a listing closes with fewer than 3 claims) are handled per our refund policy in Section 7

We will notify you by email if any issues arise with your experience fund or reviewer assignments.

6. Review Content and Publication

All reviews are subject to moderation by ReView Me Right before publication. We reserve the right to reject reviews that contain profanity, personal attacks, factually incorrect information, or content that violates our community standards.

We do not remove reviews simply because a business disagrees with the rating or content. Honest negative reviews are part of the program. If you believe a review contains factually false information, you may contact us at support@reviewmeright.com to request a review.

7. Refund Policy

The listing fee is non-refundable once your listing has been approved and distributed to our reviewer network. If your listing is rejected during our review process, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

If a reviewer claims your listing and fails to complete their review obligations, ReView Me Right will assign a replacement reviewer at no additional charge to you.

8. Reviewer Non-Compliance

If a reviewer fails to submit their review within the allotted timeframe, their claim is forfeited. ReView Me Right will assign a replacement reviewer at no additional charge to you.

9. Listing Eligibility

ReView Me Right reserves the right to reject any listing at our sole discretion. Listings must represent a legitimate, legal business offering a genuine consumer experience. We do not accept listings for adult entertainment, gambling, tobacco, firearms, or any business that violates applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

ReView Me Right is a platform that connects businesses with independent reviewers. We are not responsible for the conduct of reviewers beyond enforcing our reviewer terms. Our total liability to any business shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant listing.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify registered businesses by email.
